基于微课的高职管理类课程翻转课堂教学模式研究

摘要

信息技术和多媒体技术的快速发展，促进了翻转课堂教学模式在高职管理类课程中的应用。微课及翻转课堂教学在一定程度上有利于提高教学的积极性，一方面能够调动学生学习的主动性，从而提高教学质量，另一方面能够有效利用现代教学管理模式，发挥教学优势，提升教学效率，是高职教育的理想教学模式。%The rapid development of information technology and multimedia technology,promotes the application of the teaching mode flip classroom for higher vocational management major.Micro classes and flipped class can help to improve the enthusiasm of the teaching to some certain extent.On the one hand,it would trigger students' learning initiative,so as to improve the quality of teaching,on the other hand,it can effectively make use of modern teaching management mode and give full play to the advantages of teaching,improve teaching efficiency,it is the ideal teaching model for higher vocational education.
