In the year of 2010, a strike happened to C company, a United States invested industrial company. Because of workers' long-term feeling for unfairness and dissatisfaction for salary, more than 300 workers attended the strike and the strike lasted for two weeks, the total loss is more than two million us dollars. Based on deeply investigating in the strike, this article is an academic analysis of the key HR issues reflected in the strike.%某企业由于工人对薪酬、公平度的不满,从某个车问的消极怠工开始,发展到全厂300余名工人集体罢工。导致企业经济损失达千万元人民币。在该公司工作期间,笔者见证了工人组织、行劝和谈判的过程,感触良多。本文针对该事件折射出的主要的人力资源管理问题:企业薪酬和员工满意度问题进行了理论分析。
