我国古代节令体育略述

Chinese ancient folk festive physical education both shares sports generality with the rest of the world,and has special social and cultural characteristics of the nation.It is in accordance with the change of its solar term,and forms a unique sports activity.The paper researches contents,features of festive sports,and to inherit and carry forward the sports activity,to improve the national cultural identity and to enhance national cohesion has a certain value and meaning%我国古代民俗节令体育有着世界其他地方体育的共性,又有中华民族所特有的社会文化特点,它是依着时令、节气的变化而形成的一种独特的体育活动,研究节令体育的内容、特征;继承与发扬这些体育活动,对提高民族文化认同感,增强民族凝聚力具有一定的价值和意义
