首乌胶囊对青少年中长跑运动员免疫功能的影响

摘要

研究目的：观察具有增强免疫功能的中药保健品对运动员免疫功能的影响，探讨中药保健品在运动医学的应用前景。研究方法：受试者为男性青少年中长跑运动员，共13人，随机分为实验组与对照组，实验组服用具有增强免疫功能的中药保健品首乌胶囊，对照组不服用。以T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白为观察指标，观察30天冬训前后，运动员免疫功能的变化。研究结果和结论：首乌胶囊能提高运动员CD4阳性细胞的比例，冬训后实验组与对照组CD4细胞比例改变量具有组间统计学差异（P≤0.05）。中药保健品在运动医学领域具有重要的应用前景。%By exploring the influences of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health food with immunity improvement function on the athletes to discuss the applying prospect of TCM health food in sports medicine. Methods: 13 male adolescent mid-long athletes were randomly divided into trial group and control group. Shouwu capsule, a kind of TCM health food with immunity improvement function, was taken by the trial group during the 30 days winter training. The T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulins were observed. Results & Conclusion: Shouwu capsule could improve the CD4+ radio of the athletes, there was significant difference between the two groups regarding the changes of CD4+ radio (P≤0.05). There are great applying prospect of TCM health food in sports medicine.
