基于SWOT分析的CBA职业篮球联赛裁判员职业化研究

摘要

This paper uses literature review,logical analysis,SWOT analysis and other methods to promote the CBA professional basketball league referee professionalization internal and external environment analysis. The article supposes the professional opportunities and challenges existing outside the basketball referees system;advantages and disadvantages existing inside the internal and professionalization. Therefore, this paper discusses how to take advantage of external development opportunities to overcome unfavorable factors,improve internal weaknesses to create the necessary condition of professionalization and implementation by now spare referee system to make the transition to professional referee system transformation,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the long-term development of Chinese professional basketball league, providing the reference and reference.%采用文献综述、逻辑分析、SWOT分析等方法对推进中国CBA职业篮球联赛裁判员职业化内外部环境进行分析。认为：篮球裁判员裁判体制外部有职业化的机遇与挑战，内部又有职业化的优势与不足。探讨如何利用外部发展的机遇优势克服不利因素，改进内部劣势创造职业化的必要条件，实现由现在的业余裁判体制向职业裁判体制过渡的转型，提出相关的建议。
