湖北省区域体育资源非均衡管理模式与公共服务的制度激励

摘要

Based on the investigation of six provinces in central depression causes, and the equal development of the practice at home and abroad for reference, this paper analyzes the current situation of the equalization of Hubei province, the sports public services in different regions for the gradient advance at the same time. Based on taking active measures to vulnerable groups, it should be brought into the sports public services framework, introducing social mechanism, through the institutional incentives and regional interaction cultivating pattern, using complete regional development strategy to promote social stability and harmony. This can help better re-alize the sustainable development of community sports resources and public services.%在调查中部六省凹陷成因的基础上，借鉴国内外均等化发展的实践，分析湖北非均等化现状，在针对不同地区实行体育公共服务梯度推进的同时，采取主动措施将弱势群体纳入体育公共服务框架之下，引入社会化机制，通过制度激励和区域互动培育模式，运用完整的地方发展策略，促进社会稳定和谐，更好地实现区域体育资源与公共服务的可持续发展。
