一起调试期间500 kV SF6断路器灭弧室瓷套爆炸原因的分析

         

摘要

针对一起处于基建调试阶段尚未投入运行的500 kV SF6断路器灭弧室瓷套爆炸事故,通过对瓷套爆炸现场检查,以及对瓷套高低温情况下的适应能力、烧制过程是否存在裂纹、内部承压能力、机械载荷能力、瓷质结构是否致密及均匀等进行的一系列验证试验,分析认为瓷套爆炸的根本原因是瓷套在生产制造或运输等过程中产生裂纹所致。为减少瓷套裂纹产生的可能性,提出了在瓷套坯件烧制过程中要消除残余应力以及在瓷套运输过程中应避免碰撞的措施。%Acording to an explosion accident of the porcelain sleeve of 500 kV SF6 Circuit Break⁃er during the Commissioning Period,based on the inspection of explosion site and a series of verifi⁃cation test of porcelain sleeve, and a series of validation experiments on the adaptability of the por⁃celain bushing under high and low temperature conditions, crack in the firing process, internal pressure level, mechanical loading capacity, the compact structure and the uniformity of porcelain are carried out. Finally the reason of the explosion of the porcelain sleeve proves to be the crack of porcelain sleeve produced in manufacturing or transportation process. Two measures for avord⁃ing to produce the crack of the porcelain sleeve are proposed in this paper.
