湖北省稻田稗草对二氯喹啉酸的抗性及生物学特性观察

         

摘要

为研究湖北省稻田稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)对二氯喹啉酸的抗性及生物学特性,对湖北省武汉市城郊、沙洋县城郊、远安县城郊以及蕲春县株林镇、檀林镇的稻田稗草用盆栽喷雾法进行抗性试验.结果表明,远安稗草为敏感型稗草,EC50为248.32 mg/L,株林镇、武汉、檀林镇、沙洋稗草的EC50依次升高,各地稗草与远安稗草EC50比值(IR)分别为1.53、2.02、3.57、4.20,表明株林稗草抗性正在形成,武汉、檀林、沙洋稗草已经产生抗性.田间生物学观测发现,对二氯喹啉酸敏感的远安稗草相对于其他各地稗草株高较矮,盛穗期较晚,但后期的分蘖能力较强,其剑叶表现出宽而短的特点.%In order to study the resistance of barnyard grass to quinclorac and their biologic characteristics in paddy fields of Hubei province, five barnyard grass biotypes were collected from Wuhan, Zhulin, Shayang, Yuan'an, Tanlin in Hubei Province in 2009, and their resistance to quinclorac were investigated using pot spraying method. The results showed that EC50 of barnyard grass from Yuan'an was the lowest, which was 248.32 mg/L, while IR (the ratio that EC50, of each biotype to Yuanan which was as a susceptible biotype) of Zhulin, Wuhan, Tanlin, Shayang were 1.53, 2.02, 3.57, 4.20 respectively, which indicated that the resistance of Zhulin biotype was developing, while Wuhan, Tanlin, Shayang had developed resistance to quinclorac. Yuan'an barnyard grass biotype had lower plant height, later flowering stage, more tillers in the later development stage, wider and shorter blade leaf than barnyard garass from other places.
