试验把猪卵丘-卵母细胞复合体(Cumulus-oocyte complexes,COCs)于体外分别培养24、32、38、44、48和54 h,观察它们在不同时间排出的极体数,以研究体外卵母细胞排出极体的规律.结果表明,A级和B级的COCs培养48 h的极体排出率最高(83.2%和65.7%),明显高于同级水平培养24、32和38 h的;不同级别COCs体外培养相同时间后,A级与B级的极体排出率差异不显著(P>0.05),但两者与C级的差异显著(P<0.05).由此可见,A级、B级COCs能获得高的极体排出率,培养48 h的极体排出达到高峰,排出过程呈现前期上升快、后期下降慢的变化趋势.%The polar body extruded from pig cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) at different culture time in vitro, such as 24 h, 32 h, 38 h, 44 h, 48 h and 54 h, were calculated to study the rule of polar body release. The results showed that the extruding rate of polar body from COCs of levels A and B cultured for 48h were the highest (83.2% and 65.7%), and obviously higher than the same level COCs cultured for 24 h, 32 h and 38 h. The polar rate of COCs of level A and B at the same culture time in vivo had no significant difference (P>0.05 ), but both were significantly higher than the level C(P< 0.05). It indicated that COCs of level A and B might obtain highest polar body rate at 48 h of cultured. The extruding of polar body showed increasing quickly in forepart and decreasing slowly in afterpart.
