丘陵地区国土整治示范村项目的可行性研究——以重庆市忠县拔山镇杨柳村为例

National Land regulation takes the land regulation as a platform to integrate the plans of various departments of the government to collect funds, aiming to focus on developing, utilizing and protecting land resources of a certain region. Inthe initial phase, there was no mature operation mode and experience, so an in-depth feasibility study should be carried out.Through many aspects of the feasibility study of hilly area model projects in Yangliu village, Bashan Town, Zhong County,Chongqing city, the importance and necessity of fully recognizing national land regulation was suggested and a reference for the feasibility study on land regulation in hilly areas was also provided.%国土整治是以土地整治为平台,整合政府各个部门的规划,集中资金,对某个区域的国土资源进行重点开发、利用和保护.在一些项目开展初期,没有成熟的运作模式和经验,应进行深入的可行性研究.本研究对地处丘陵地区的重庆市忠县拔山镇杨柳村示范项目的可行性进行多方面研究,以充分认识国土整治工作的重要性和必要性,为丘陵地区国土整治项目的可行性研究提供参考.
