粉虱伪蛹玻片标本制作技术

介绍了小型农业害虫粉虱种群伪蛹临时装片和永久制片制作的主要技术环节及注意事项.永久制片主要包括伪蛹的杀死和固定、软化和去内容物、冲洗、染色、脱水、透明、封片、干燥和保存等步骤；临时装片则相对简单.制片效果良好,可满足对粉虱的形态学观察、种群鉴别、制作观摩标本等研究和学习的需要.%The main technical aspects and notes of temporary and permanent specimen production on the pseudopupa of whitefly are described. The production of permanent slide includes the killing and fixing of the pseudopupa, softening and clear away the contents, rinsing, staining, dehydration, transparence, sealing, drying and preservation procedures. The temporary production is relatively simple. Production works well, which may satisfy the need of morphology study of the whitefly, population identification, production of samples for research and learning.
