狗舌草挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析

         

摘要

采用水蒸气蒸馏法从狗舌草中提取挥发油,利用GC-MS联用仪对狗舌草挥发油的化学成分进行分析,共分离到29个组分,鉴定了其中的21个,占全油的72.41%,占挥发油总量的97.629%.狗舌草挥发油主要成分是(E)-7,11-二甲基-3-亚甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯(27.365%)、[3aS-(3aα,3bβ,4β,7α,7aS*)]-八氢-7-甲基-3-亚甲基-4-(1-甲基乙基)-1H-环戊[1,3]环丙[1,2]苯(25.254%)、2,6-二甲基-6-(4-甲基-3-戊烯基)-二环[3.1.1]庚-2-烯(18.362%)、石竹烯(10.272%)、α-金合欢烯(6.503%)等.%To analyze the chemical compositions of the volatile oil from Tephroseris kirilowii Turcz.Holub. ,the essential oil was extracted from Tephroseris kirilowii by steam distillation, and then an analysis was conducted by GC-MS. The result showed that 29 ingredients had been found, and 21 of them had been identified, accounting for 72.41% of total oil, 97.629% of the total volatile oil. The main chemical components of Tephroseris kirilowii were 1,6,10-Dodecatriene, 7, 11-dimethyl-3-methy-lene-,(E)-(27.365%),1H-Cyclopenta [1,3]cyclopropa [1,2]benzene,octahydro-7-methyl-3-methylene-4-(1 -methylethyl)-, [3aS-(3a.alpha.,3b.beta.,4.beta.,7.alpha.,7aS*)]-(25.254%),Bicyclo [3.1.1] hept-2-ene, 2, 6 -dimethyl-6-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-( 18.362%), Caryophyllene( 10.272%) and alpha.-Farnesene(6.503%), and so on.
