冬季四川假俭草SOD和POD活性的生理响应

         

摘要

在冬季(9-12月)观测了采自四川不同生境下的13份假俭草(Eremochloa ophiuroides)植株体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的相应变化.结果表明,随着月最低气温从20℃以上降至约7℃,13份假俭草材料植株体内的SOD活性、POD活性均随温度的降低而升高,而且SOD活性、POD活性升高的幅度越来越大;DJ01假俭草的SOD和POD活性月均增加率均最高,分别为9.80%和22.97%,抗寒能力可能最强.%The change of SOD and POD activities in thirteen wild centipedegrass(Eremochloa ophiurodes) from different habitats in Sichuan province were studied from September to December. The result showed that as the drop of natural temperature from 20 ℃ to 7℃, the activities of SOD and POD ascended gradually in all the centipedegrass, and the increasing extent of SOD and POD activities improved impressively. Meanwhile, the maximum monthly increasing rates of the SOD and POD activities were achieved in DJ01, 9.80% and 22.97% respevtively, indicating that DJ01 centipedegrass had the strongest cold-resistant ability.
