PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

             

摘要

5 different cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) varieties were selected for PEG6000-simulated drought stress experiments. Physiological indexes such as chlorophyll a+b content, MDA content, proline content, SOD activity of the seedlings were determined. The results showed that under different levels of PEG6000 stress, variety Jiza No.1 demonstrated the strongest drought-resistance among these varieties as it had superior performances in chlorophyll a+b content, and MDA con tent than those of other varieties. Under different levels of PEG6000 stress, variety Anlv No.3 held the best performance in proline content and SOD activity.%选用5种不同的黄瓜品种进行PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫试验,对这些品种在不同体积分数的PEG6000胁迫下的幼苗的叶绿素a+b含量、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性等生理指标进行了测定.结果表明,在不同体积分数的PEG6000胁迫后,冀杂1号表现出了最强的抗旱性,该品种在叶绿素a+b含量和MDA含量的表现方面均优于其他品种;从不同体积分数的PEG6000胁迫下的脯氨酸含量和SOD活性来看,鞍绿3号的表现优于其他品种.
