Adipocyte determination and differentiation factor-1 (ADD1) was an important nuclear transcription factor, co-regulated the expression of fat metabolism related enzyme gene with the adipose differentiation related gene. And it could be a candidate gene of meat quality traits in animal. The structure and function of ADD1 gene, the relationship between ADD1 and adipose differentiation related gene, and its nutrition regulation were reviewed.%脂肪细胞定向和分化因子1(ADD1)是脂肪细胞分化的一种重要核转录因子,与脂肪分化相关基因共同调控脂肪代谢相关酶基因的表达,并可作为动物肉质性状的候选基因.综述了ADD1基因的结构和功能、ADD1与脂肪分化相关基因的关系及营养对ADD1基因表达的调控作用.
