矿井水灌溉对土壤特性和小麦生长及产量的影响

     

摘要

Taking the well water irrigation as the control (CK), a pot experiment was conducted to clarify the effects of irrigation with mine water (T1 treatment) and soil improvement (T2 treatment) on soil enzyme (urease and sucrase) activity, soil respiration, physiological ecology and grain yield of wheat. The results showed that the long-term mine water irrigation (T1 treatment) obviously reduced the soil respiration and soil enzyme activity, also obviously suppressed plant height, leaf area, chlorophyll content, and the photosynthesis of wheat. So the yield of wheat and related traits were much less than that in CK. But soil improvement through adding dairy manure to soil (T2 treatment) obviously enhanced soil respiration and soil enzyme activity that irrigated by mine water, also improved the wheat physiological ecology, including plant height, leaf area, chlorophyll content, photosynthesis of wheat. And the yield of wheat and related traits were significantly raised. The study had important practical value for using the mine water irrigation and ensuring farmland ecological safety and food production safety.%为研究矿井水灌溉下作物生产的安全性,以井水灌溉为对照(CK),通过田间试验研究了矿井水灌溉(T1处理)以及采取改良措施(T2处理)后对土壤酶(脲酶和蔗糖酶)活性、土壤呼吸速率及小麦形态、生理和产量的影响.结果表明,长期矿井水灌溉显著降低了土壤呼吸速率和土壤酶活性,也显著抑制了小麦的株高、叶面积、叶绿素含量和光合速率,小麦产量及其相关性状显著低于对照;通过增施牛粪对矿井水灌溉农田进行改良,显著提高了土壤呼吸速率和土壤酶活性,也改善了小麦生长状况,小麦株高、叶面积、叶绿素含量以及光合速率显著提高,小麦产量及其相关性状也显著改善.研究结果对科学利用矿井水灌溉,确保矿区农田生态和粮食生产安全具有重要意义.
