对塔里木河中下游退耕还林还草工程进行了生态和经济效益评价.针对塔里木河中下游的实际状况,以现有的林草植被类型代替退耕后的植被.运用均方差决策权法进行实例分析,得出了实施退耕还林还草时,以退耕还生态林的生态效益最好,退耕还经济林的生态、经济综合效益虽然最大,但生态效益所占比重较小的初步结论.%Assessment of ecological and economical benefits of converting cropland to forest and grassland in the middle-lower reaches of Tarim river was conducted. Cropland converted was replaced by the existing forest type based on the actual situation in the middle—lower reaches of Tarim river. By using equal variance decision—making method,the conclusion was drawn that in converting cropland to forest and grassland in this area, the best ecological efficiency came from ecological forest; the economical forest was the best style, but the weights of ecological efficiency was not large enough.
