麻竹笋及立地土壤中矿质元素的相关性研究

             

摘要

The contents of Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Ca and Mg in Dendrocalamus latiflorus and its surrounding soil were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that high content of Ca, Mg, Zn and Fe were observed, among which Mg was the richest with its content reached to 17 736.98 μg/g, while the content of Cu was only 6.36 μg/g. It has good enrichment abilities for Mg, Ca and Zn with the enrichment index of Mg reached to 1.06. In conclusion, the content of mineral elements in D, latiflorus was related to its surrounding soil and the collection time.%采用原子吸收光谱法测定了麻竹笋(Dendrocalamus latiflorus)及立地土壤中铜、铁、锌、锰、钙和镁等元素的含量.结果表明,麻竹笋中钙、镁、锌、铁元素含量较高,其中镁含量可达17736.98 μg/g,而铜含量较低,仅为6.36 μg/g;麻竹笋对土壤中的镁、钙、锌具有较强的富集能力,其中镁富集系数为1.06.麻竹笋中各元素具有一定相关性,也与立地土壤中矿质元素的含量以及采收时间相关.
