五种伞形科植物提取物抑菌活性研究

摘要

The In vitro antifungal activities of 5 plant (Angelica sinensis ,A. Dahurica,Torilis scahra,Radix Bupleur,Saposh-nikovia divaricata)extracts were tested against 6 plant pathogens. Bioassay results showed that 5 plant extracts had certain antifungal activities against 6 plant pathogens under the concentration of 0.1 g/mL (dry sample). The extracts of A. Sinensis inhibited the mycelial growth of Thanatephorus cucumeris, Rhizoctonia cerealis and Botrytis cinerea completely. And the extracts of A. Dahurica and T. Scabra inhibited the mycelial growth of R. Cerealis and T. Cucumeris, respectively.%采用生长速率法测定当归(Angelica sinensis)、白芷(A.dahurica)、窃衣(Torilis scabra)、柴胡(Radix Bupleuri)和防风(Saposhnikovia divaricata)5种伞形科(Umbelliferae)植物乙醇提取物对6种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性.结果表明,浓度为0.1g(干样)/mL时,除当归提取物对小麦赤霉病菌(Gibberella zeae)外,5种不同植物提取物对6种植物病原真菌菌丝生长有一定程度的抑制作用.当归提取物能完全抑制水稻纹枯病菌(Thanatephorus cucumeris)、小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis)和番茄友霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)菌丝的生长.白芷提取物和窃衣提取物能够完全抑制水稻纹枯病菌和小麦纹枯病菌菌丝的生长.
