农村信息服务影响因素分析

摘要

中国农村经济、社会的快速发展产生了对于信息服务的强烈需求,在党中央和国务院的领导下,中国农村信息服务发展成绩斐然,对国家的经济与社会发展的影响也日益显现.通过对中国农村信息服务概况以及影响农村信息服务效果的因素即农村信息服务基础设施、农村信息服务体系、农村信息服务人才队伍、农民素质等进行具体分析,提出了提高农村信息服务效果的对策与建议,为更好地发展中国农村信息服务提供参考和借鉴.%The rapid development of rural economy and society of China has raise strong demand for information services. Under the leading of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, rural information service in China had developed rapidly. Its influence on Chinese economic and social development was also increasing. General situation of rural information service in China as well as factors influencing rural information service, such as service infrastructure, service system, personnel, quality of famers were analyzed. Countermeasures for improving rural information service efficiency were proposed to provide references for development of rural information service.
