Sodium alginate,sodium sulfate and sodium hexametaphosphate were used to prepare sodium alginate sample in accordance with a certain percentage to simulate the sodium alginate sample applied in industrial printing and dyeing process.The effects of storage time,temperature and concentration of sodium sulfate and sodium hexametaphosphate on the viscosity of sample were systematically studied by determining the viscosity of aqueous solution of sodium alginate samples.The viscosity of sodium alginate samples in aqueous solution reduce with the increased of storage time,temperature and concentration of sodium sulfate and sodium hexametaphosphate.2 h after been prepared,the viscosity of sodium alginate sample solutions declined significantly.The viscosity of solution dropped quickly when the temperature rose from 25 ℃ to 40 ℃,but change smoothly when temperature was higher than 40 ℃.%将褐藻酸钠、硫酸钠与六偏磷酸钠按照一定比例配制成褐藻酸钠溶液样品,模拟工业印染用褐藻酸钠溶液样品.通过测定褐藻酸钠溶液样品的黏度,系统地研究放置时间、温度、硫酸钠浓度与六偏磷酸钠浓度对褐藻酸钠溶液样品黏度的影响.褐藻酸钠溶液样品的黏度随着放置时间、温度、硫酸钠浓度与六偏磷酸钠浓度的增加而降低.褐藻酸钠溶液样品配制2h内,其黏度会明显地下降.温度由25℃升至40℃的过程中,溶液的黏度下降较快;温度升至40℃以后,黏度的变化趋于平缓.
