1-year-old semi-lignified branches of Toona sinensis (A.Juss.)Roem were soaking in 1-naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) solution with different concentration for 12 h for cutting propagation.When the concentration of NAA solution was 200 mg/L,rooting rate,maximum number of roots per cutting,average number of roots per cutting,length of main root,and average length of roots of T.sinensis cuttings reached the highest; and was significantly higher than the cuttings without NAA treatment,had the best cutting propagation effect.Spraying the T.sinensis cuttings with different concentration of paclobutrazol,when paclobutrazol concentration was 1.00 g/L,the plant height of T.sinensis cuttings was the shortest,with the minimum node space,maximum stem diameter,and highest chlorophyll content,and was significantly different from the treatment without paclobutrazol,had the best dwarfing effect.%采用不同浓度的萘乙酸溶液对香椿一年生半木质化枝条浸泡12h进行扦插育苗,结果当萘乙酸溶液浓度为200 mg/L时,香椿插穗的生根率、每穗最多根数、每穗平均根数、主根长度及根系平均根长均达到了最大值水平,且与无萘乙酸处理的插穗之间差异极显著,扦插育苗的效果最优.采用不同浓度的多效唑溶液喷施香椿扦插苗,结果当多效唑溶液浓度为1.00 g/L时,香椿扦插苗的株高最矮,节间距最短,茎粗最大,叶片叶绿素含量最高,且与无多效唑处理的扦插苗之间差异极显著,矮化效果最优.
