植物生长调节物质对滇丹参种子萌发影响的研究

         

摘要

Taking mature seeds of Salvia yunnanensis C.H.Wright as material,L9(34) orthogonal experiment was applied to study the effect of different concentration and soaking time of plant growth regulator Gibberellic acid(GA3),6-Benzyl aminopurine (6-BA),Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) on the seed germination of S.yunnanensis.Results suggested that the best combination for seed germination of S.yunnanensis was A1B3C2D2,i.e.GA3 40 mg/L+6-BA 20 mg/L+IAA 5 mg/L+24 h of soaking time,germination rate of the seeds of S.yunnanensis was 90.3%; seeds germination was fast and with short duration,indicating that the treatment was ideal for seed germination of S.yunnanensis.Variance analysis showed that effect of concentration of GA3 on seed germination of S.yunnanensis was significant (P<0.05),while effect of concentration of 6-BA and IAA,and soaking time on seed germination of S.yunnanensis was not significant.The 4 factors affecting seed germination of S.yunnanensis ranked from high to low was GA3 concentration,seed soaking time,6-BA concentration,IAA concentration.%以滇丹参成熟种子为材料,采用L9(34)正交试验方法研究了植物生长调节物质赤霉素(GA3)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)的不同浓度及浸种时间对滇丹参种子萌发的影响.结果表明,滇丹参种子发芽的最佳处理组合是A1B3C2D2,即GA3 40 mg/L +6-BA 20 mg/L +IAA 5 mg/L+浸种24h,该处理的滇丹参种子发芽率达90.3%,而且种子发芽较快、发芽持续时间较短,是滇丹参种子发芽的理想处理方法.方差分析显示,GA3浓度对滇丹参种子发芽率的影响达显著差异水平(P<0.05),6-BA浓度、IAA浓度和浸种时间对滇丹参种子发芽的作用不显著,4个因素对滇丹参种子发芽率作用的大小排序是GA3浓度、浸种时间、6-BA浓度、IAA浓度.
