Cd2+、Pb2+、Hg2+对膨胀肾形虫的毒性效应

     

摘要

The toxic effects of heavy metal ions,Hg2+,Pb2+ and Cd2+ on Colpoda inflata were studied.It is showed that the growth of C.inflata had been inhibited significantly under different concentrations of heavy metal ions.The acute toxicities of Cd2+,Pb2+ and Hg2+ to C.inflata were in the sequence of Hg2+,Pb2+,Cd2+.The results of joint toxicity showed that the types and magnitudes of joint actions were different at different solution compositions.The joint toxicity of Cd2+ and Pb2+ at the concentration proportion 1∶1 and toxic proportion 1∶1 were all antagonism.At the concentration proportion 1∶1,the joint toxicity of Pb2+ and Hg2+ was synergistic,and it changed from antagonism to synergistic at the toxic proportion 1∶1.The joint toxicity of Hg2+ and Cd2+ at the concentration proportion 1∶1 was synergistic,and it was antagonist at toxic proportion 1∶1.At the concentration proportion 1∶1∶1,the joint toxicity of Cd2+,Pb2+ and Hg2+ was synergistic,and it changed from antagonism to synergistic under toxicity proportion 1∶1∶1.%研究了重金属Cd2+、Hg2+和Pb2+对膨胀肾形虫(Colpoda inflata)的毒性效应.在3种重金属离子作用下,膨胀肾形虫的生长受到明显的抑制,对膨胀肾形虫的毒性从大到小依次为Hg2+、Pb2+、Cd2+.联合毒性实验结果表明,3种重金属离子的不同配比下,联合作用类型和强度有一定的差异.Cd2+-Pb2+在浓度比1∶1和毒性比1∶1时均为拮抗作用;Pb2+-Hg2+在浓度比1∶1时为协调作用,毒性比1∶1时先表现为拮抗作用后表现为协同作用;Hg2+-Cd2+在浓度比1∶1时为协同作用,毒性比1∶1时为拮抗作用;Cd2+-Pb2+-Hg2+在浓度比1∶1∶1时均为协同作用,毒性比1∶1∶1时由拮抗作用逐渐转为协同作用.
