The high performance liquid chromatographywith fluorescent detector method (HPLC-FLD) was established for analyzing abamectin in pepper.Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by the NH2 column.Then the derivatization step was performed before HPLC analysis.The results showed that the recoveries of three different levels (0.005,0.010 and 0.050 mg/kg) for abamectin were in the range of 95%~103%.The detecting limit in pepper was 0.005 mg/kg.%建立以高效液相色谱荧光(HPLC-FLD)法测定胡椒(Piper nigrum L)中阿维菌素含量的方法.样品用乙腈提取,经氨基柱净化,衍生后,以HPLC-FLD法分析.结果表明,该法在添加回收浓度为0.005,0.010和0.050 mg/kg 3个不同添加水平的回收率为95%~103%,其检出限为0.005 mg/kg.
