黔产艾纳香生物碱的提取及含量测定

         

摘要

Alkaloids were extracted from Blumea balsamifera with ethanol extraction and microwave-assisted extraction method. The extraction conditions were optimized. The optimal conditions were using 80% ethanol extraction agents with material liquid ratio of 1:40 and extracting 25 minutes in microwave-ultrasonic digestion machine. The content of total alkaloids was determined with acid dyes colorimetric method. The disposition of alkaloids in B. balsamifera was the highest in the stem(7.77μg/g), the second in the root (3.66 μg/g),and the least in the leaf (2.34 μg/g).%运用乙醇初提后用微波辅助提取的方法从菊科艾纳香属植物艾纳香(Blumea balsamifera)中提取生物碱,结合单因素试验和正交试验探索最佳提取条件,最终得出提取艾纳香中生物碱的最佳条件是,以80%的乙醇为提取剂,料液比为1:40(m/V ,g:mL),在微波-紫外-超声波三位一体合成萃取反应仪中提取25 min。运用酸性染料比色法测定其总生物碱含量,结果表现为,艾纳香中茎部的生物碱含量最高,为7.77μg/g;其次是根部,为3.66μg/g;叶部最少,为2.34μg/g。
