锰氧化物复合填料生物滴滤塔处理二甲苯废气

     

摘要

Using attapulgite clay,sawdust and manganese powder, make the fillers,the purification of xylene were carried out after the biofilm loaded. Meanwhile,the production of manganese oxide porous ceramsite,biological filter tower startup,and dif-ferent external conditions on the filter column efficiency as well as the most suitable operation conditions and the influence of the biological filter operation characteristics of the tower were studies. The results showed that while using the manganese powder at the mass ratio of 10:7:2,attapulgite clay and sawdust as original materials, calcinating at 700 degrees in the air for 3 hours,the performance of the artificial ceramsite was in line with the national standard of artificial ceramsite filter material for water treatment,and the utility model was suitable for being used as a load hanging film of microorganisms. Under the conditions of the indoor temperature between 22~30℃,and the stable pH from 6.2 to 7.0,the optimum inlet concentration of xylene should be<400 mg/m3 for the bio trickling filterand the gas residence time should be 70 s as well as the optimum cir-culating liquid flow rate at 90 mL/min,in this case,the removal rate was above 80%.%利用凹凸棒石黏土、锯末和锰矿粉末制作填料,在挂膜负载微生物后进行二甲苯的净化去除,并研究了锰氧化物多孔陶粒的制作、生物滴滤塔的启动、不同外在条件对滴滤塔效率的影响、最合适的运行条件、生物滴滤塔的运行特征.结果表明,以质量比为10:7:2的锰矿粉末、凹凸棒石黏土和锯末为原料,在700℃的空气中煅烧3 h,在此条件下制备的人工陶粒性能符合国家水处理用人工陶粒滤料标准,适合微生物的负载挂膜.在室内温度为22~30℃,pH稳定在6.2~7.0的情况下,生物滴滤塔处理二甲苯的最适进气浓度为<400 mg/m3,最适气体停留时间为70 s,最适循环液喷淋量为90 mL/min,去除率保持在80%以上.
