反相高效液相色谱法测定30二氯吡啶酸水剂的方法研究

             

摘要

A RP-HPLC method was established for detection of clopyralid 30% AS. The sample was dissolved with mobile phase and analyzed by RP-HPLC using the mixture of methanol and ammonium acetate and ammonia as the mobile phase and ordinary C18 as chromatographic column in isocratic elution method. In addition, the quantificaation was calculated by ex-ternal standard method. The linear correlation coefficient for clopyralid was 0.9996,the variation coefficent was 0.552%, and the average recovery was 100.3%. Under the chromatographic conditions in this paper, the peak shape of dicloxypyridine acid is good, the retained time is short and low requires on the column. The method has met the requirements of analysis of pes-ticide products.%建立了一种反相高效液相色谱法测定30%二氯吡啶酸水剂含量的方法.试样用流动相溶解,采用等度洗脱的方法,以甲醇-醋酸铵-氨水为流动相,普通C18为色谱分析柱,对二氯吡啶酸进行分离,外标法定量.结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数为0.9996,变异系数为0.522%,平均回收率为100.3%.色谱图峰形好,出峰时间短,对色谱柱要求低,满足农药产品含量分析的要求.
