不同处理对凤丹牡丹种子萌发的影响

         

摘要

开展了凤丹牡丹(Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X.Zhang)种子的特性观测并进行了种子分级试验;采用不同浸种温度、不同浸种时间、沙藏层积、不同浓度激素处理凤丹牡丹种子,筛选出能够促进种子萌发的最佳处理方式.结果表明,利用凤丹种子的比重不同,采取水浸法进行种子分级,能有效区分种子优劣,且Ⅱ级种子的发芽率最高,达到99℅;赤霉素(GA3)处理能大幅提高播种出苗率,GA3促进种子萌发的的最佳浓度为150 mg/L,种子萌发率达到99℅.种子的品质与质量相关性不大,与吸水率呈反比;凤丹牡丹种子萌发需要一定的生理后熟期.%The seed characteristic and the method of seeds grading were conducted; Using different soaking temperature, dif-ferent soaking time, stratification treatment and different hormone concentration to treat seeds of Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X. Zhang, the best treatment method for promoting seed germination was selected. The results showed that the immersion method of the separation of Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X.Zhang seeds based on different proportion could effectively distinguish the good seeds and bad seeds, and the germination rate of the second seed was the highest for 99℅; GA3 treatments enhanced the rate of the seedling emergence, and the optimal concentration of GA3 for promoting seed germination was 150 mg/L, and the seed germination rate reached up to 99℅. The quality of the seed is not related to weight, but inversely proportional to the water absorption; the seed germination of Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X.Zhang requires some physiological maturity physio-logical latter ripe stage.
