PURPOSE: A manufacturing method a paper peony and the paper peony manufactured from thereof are provided to use a paper to make a beautiful and elaborate paper peony.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method a paper peony comprises the following steps: forming a first petal body(110) including multiple first petals(12); forming multiple stamens on the upper side of a rod; and folding in the first petal body to the lower side of the stamen.
