基于GIS的城市形态总体设计——以大庆市为例

Taking Daqing City as an example, based on the theoretical analysis of city morphology be decided by land value, the paper chooses and assigns the model factor of Daqing city to obtain the comparsion of city morphology and land value by the GIS technology of database, buffer analysis and overlay analysis. Then, according to the principle of smart growth, based on the land value analysis of general urban planning, the city landscape structure and the city landscape aim, and the nature of land use, we get the city morphology general design implement to every block by the GIS technology. The control elements include city density zoning, city height zoning, city FAR zoning and the high-rise distribution. In addition, we made partial adjustment and optimization based on landscape guide and ecological security.%以大庆市为例,基于土地价值决定城市形态的理论分析,先对影响大庆土地价值的模型因子进行选择与赋值,利用建立的GIS数据库以及缓冲区分析和叠置分析技术,得到现状城市形态与土地价值的对比情况,再根据城市理性增长原则,在分析城市总体规划实施后的土地价值变化的基础上,结合城市总体景观结构和城市景观形象目标,根据不同的土地利用性质,将城市形态总体设计通过GIS技术落实到每个街区,主要表现在城市密度分区、城市高度分区、城市容积率分区和城市高层建筑分布四个方面,并基于景观引导和生态安全,对城市土地利用规划做部分的调整与优化.
