'两岸三地'养老设施比较研究

摘要

In the context of the aged tendency of population keeps accelerating in both mainland and Taiwan, the outhors chose the three cities Xiamen. Quanzhou ond Kaohsiung which belong to the "Minnan culture circle" as the research object of this article. Through the field investigation of the nine representative facilities for the elders in three cities, the authors contrasted design of their indoor and outdoor space on the base of their similar climates, customs and traditions. Moreover, the authors hove summarized the differences on aspects of the architectural space and rationality, the completeness of the facilities and the humanized management, then put forward that Kaophsiung mode could be the template for the Minnan area.%在我国大陆和台湾地区老龄化进程不断加快的大背景下,笔者选取"两岸三地"的厦门、泉州和高雄这三座同属"闽南文化圈"的城市作为本文研究的地城范围.通过对"两岸三地"九个具有代表性的养老设施进行实态调研,在"两岸三地"气候、风俗习惯以及文化传统等方面具有相似性的基础上,对"两岸三地"养老设施的室内外空间设计进行比较研究,总结出"两岸三地"养老设施在建筑空间的合理性、设备设施的完备性、安全性以及管理的人性化等方面存在的差异性,并提出高雄模式可以作为闽南地区养老设施建设借鉴的模版.
