医院建筑声环境医护满意度评价体系研究

摘要

该文在医院建筑声环境医护满意度预量表的基础上设计研究了满意度正式量表评价体系.正式量表由3个因素共15个项目构成,它采用无记名方式现场调查.研究提取的3个因素分别为:医护对医院内声音的感受,医护对医院外声音的感受,医护对医院声环境的评价.信度分析中三个因素和正式量表的Cronbach a系数分别为0.618,0.897,0.890,0.707.信度和效度都满足评价要求.该量表是可信和有效地,它为医院建筑循证设计,改善医院建筑环境提供有效技术支持.%Based on pre-scale, the study designed medical staff satisfaction evaluating system presented of formal-scale of sound environment in hospital waiting areas.The formal-scale including 15 items and 3 factors is investigated by the secret way on the spot.The 3 factors are medical staff subjective feelings of sound from inside or outside hospital, their evaluation to sound environment in hospital waiting areas.The Cronbach a coefficient of 3 factors and total score of the formal-scale are 0.618, 0.897,0.890 and 0.707.The reliability and validity of the formal-scale are satisfactory so that it provides powerful support for the evidence design and improving the sound environment of hospital.
