建筑综合体'城市化'特征初探

摘要

it is the process that the complex integrates of urban elements, and architectural space merges urban space which is called "urbanization" of building complex. In analysising of Japan, Hong Kong and other regions building complex cases, the paper presents that composition of function, aggregation of traffic, extension of external environment, the publlcus of interior space, three-dimensional shape are five aspects of "urbanization" of the building complex. and this is the new trend.%建筑综合体"城市化"就是综合体整合城市要素,是建筑空间与城市空间相互融合与一体化的过程.文章在分析日本、香港等地区建筑综合体具体案例的基础上,提出综合体功能复合化、交通枢纽化、外部环境延伸化、内部空间公共化、形态立体化等五个方面是建筑综合体走向"城市化"的新趋势.
