Following the rapid economic development, many problems appeared and turned to be more serious because of the fast-urbanization. Mass special market is just one case, which expressed obviously on expansion and development. Based on the opportunity of the general plan of International Logistics Park of Mechanical-Electronic Hardware in Chongqing, and under the background of the development of modern logistics, the author tries to discuss the design theories and methods on new-type mega commercial and logistics park with the concepts of site value, ecologization and informationization. These theories and methods are also bathed on the design strategies of holistic new-urban figure, commercial transportation and parking.
