北京八角社区“安心+安全”改造研究(三):老旧住宅改造研究

文章系列研究(一)、(二)通过对北京市八角社区公共空间的调查,对社区防灾空间改造提出建议该文针对该社区老旧住宅存在的使用不方便和安全隐患等问题,在文献调查和分析基础上,以提供“安心+安全”的社区住宅为原则,提出对老旧住宅进行改造的具体方案.进而在改造规划中提出应拆除的区域,提出能够满足各个年龄段人群使用需求的全生命周期住宅设计.%Through investigating and analyzing the public space layout of Bajiao Community in Beijing, the former research one and two proposed a certain reconstruction plan to implement these suggestions. This paper argues the problems of inconvenience and insecurity in the old housing, and then puts forward a reconstruction design for teardown areas to provide safe & Ease community, which may provide life cycle housing to fulfill deferent needs of people at different ages.
