风景区总体规划环评指标体系构建研究

摘要

风景名胜区总体规划环境影响评价指标体系的建立,有利于简化风景名胜区总体规划环境影响评价过程的影响识别、影响预测、影响评价的步骤.将风景名胜区内纷繁复杂的各种要素和关系简化为有限的若干指标,并在此基础上判断影响的可接受程度.基本指标模式结构清晰、简单明了,能够最直观地反映风景区规划环境影响评价指标体系的结构,为规划环境影响评价指标体系的建立提供了一个基本框架.该文对风景区规划评价指标体系做了系统的研究,总结归纳了一套风景区环境景观评价的基本指标模式.%The establishment of environmental impact assessment indicator system of scenic spot master planning, which had helped to simplify the steps of impact identification, impact prediction and impact assessment during the process of environmental impact assessment of scenic spot master planning. On the basis of simplifying various elements and complicated relations of scenic spot info the limifed several indicators, the acceptable level of the impact can be judged. The basic model of indicator is simple and clear, it can directly reflect the construction of environmental assessment indicator system of scenic spot master planning, and provide a basic frame of the construction of environmental impacl assessment indicator system. The thesis has conducted a systemic study of assessment indicator system of scenic spot planning, aiming to summarize a set of basic indicator models of environmental landscape assessment of scenic spot.
