铁路站房钢桁架高架车道结构设计

         

摘要

The steel truss of the overhead floor traffic fire lane in the East Zhengzhou Railway Station was introduced in detail. The two-way orthogonal steel truss system was adopted after analyses. A method designing in accordance with codes for building structures and then with codes for highway bridges and culverts was proposed. To avoid the influence of riding vibration, the traffic lane and the main building of railway station is separated by double columns. The sliding bearings are adopted when the double columns cannot be realized. The main span of the steel truss is 21.5m, with part 44.5m, which is the difficulty of design. Some measures such as heteromorphosis section members and solid-web steel truss were used to ensure the structural safety in the 44.5m spans. The comparative analysis results showed that the security performance of the structure can meet the design goals and codes requirements.%详细介绍了郑州东站高架车道钢桁架结构设计全过程.经过分析,高架消防车道采用双向正交钢桁架结构体系,提出了先按建筑结构规范设计,再按公路桥涵设计通用规范复核的方法.为避免行车振动对主站房的影响,高架车道与主站房结构之间设置双柱完全分开,对于无法设双柱的部位,采用柱上挑牛腿搁置滑动支座的形式分开.高架车道主要跨度21.5m,但局部44.5m跨度是设计的难点,采用异型截面弦杆、实腹桁架等措施确保44.5m跨度部分结构安全.经过对比分析,结构的安全性能达到预期目标和规范要求.
