该文通过对我国农村住宅建设中的常见问题的研究,分析其问题形成的原因.运用基于工业化系统住宅理论下的SI理论中所提倡的结构体系开放性的特点,与开放式住宅设计理论中的SAR理论所提出的区带空间整合特点,探讨了适应我国产业化的新农宅设计方法,根据SI、SAR理论分别对产业化农宅的模块化空间处理、模块化规模选择、空间区域整合、形态演变等方面进行了示范性说明；最后提出了根据不同地区产业化程度的差异我国在农村住宅产业化发展方向上的一些设想.%According to the study of common problems in the construction of rural residential, this article analyzes reasons for the formation of its problem. Using the open character of the system structure which based on the SI theory of industrialized systems, meanwhile, applying to integration characteristics with the open residential design SAR theory, we discuss the method of new residential design which adapts to China's Industrialization. Modular spatial processing, modular size selection, regional integration, and the evolution of space of the industrialization of rural housing had been demonstrated by SI Theory and SAR Theory. According to the degree of industrialization in different regions of our country, finally we propose some ideas in the direction of development of the rural housing industry.
