岭南地区玻璃幕墙节能技术方法——以广州财富中心建筑设计为例

摘要

The performance of energy saving of the glass curtain wall relates directly to the energy consumption of skyscrapers for its commonly use. The proper selection of energy-saving glass, the appropriate arrangement of outer sunshade as the element of architectural modeling, and the details which enhance the natural ventilation, these measures can significantly improve the energy-saving character of glass curtain wall. Taking the design of Guangzhou Fortune Plaza as an example, this paper discusses the actual effect of the technical approach against the hot and humid weather in Lingnan Area, which strive to raise the acclimatization ability of glass curtain wall.%玻璃幕墙作为超高层建筑常用的外围护结构,其节能特性直接关系到建筑的整体能耗.合理选择节能性能更好的玻璃,在建筑造型设计中适当安排外遮阳构件,在细部设计中考虑促进自然通风的构造,这些手段将显著改善玻璃幕墙的节能特性.该文以广州财富中心的设计为例,探讨上述技术方法在岭南湿热地区的应用实效,力求提高玻璃幕墙适应气候的能力.
