目前已经开始的智慧城市建设已经初见成效,进一步拉大了城乡差距.而移动互联网的快速发展,尤其是3G、4G网络的全面覆盖,给智慧乡村建设带来了新的机遇.智慧乡村建设的本质是信息化,并且智慧乡村信息化建设与建筑信息化转型升级的结合是有着本质基础的.结合两个实际案例分析,初步分析BIM技术在智慧乡村建设中的具体应用.同时基于乡村建设以及BIM技术的特点,对未来在智慧乡村建设中更深更广的BIM技术应用前景进行了展望.%The construction of intelligent city has achieved initial results, which is further widening the gap between urban and rural areas. The rapid development of mobile internet, especially the comprehensive coverage of 3G and 4G network, brings new opportunities to the construction of intelligent village. The essence of the intelligent villages construction is informatization, which is the essential combination of the intelligent villages construction and construction industry transformation and upgrading. Combining two practical case analysis, we make a preliminary analysis of BIM technology in the construction of the specific application of the intelligent villages. At the same time, based on the characteristics of rural construction and BIM technology, we discuss the prospect of BIM technology's application in the future of intelligent village construction.
