The systematic, human oriented, elegant street furniture is not only convenient for people to use but also helpful for improving the reputation of the city. Urban street furniture research starts just in recent years in china, and its systematic method is immature yet. In this paper, taking Suqian street furniture planning and design for example, we classify urban furniture in the planning ideas. Taking the use of attributes and image attributes as entry point, we make clear planning objectives and design priorities. Then we establish the planning conception in terms of the urban planning orientation as well as the basic property of street furniture. Next, we make general design rules according to their properties of utilization, and decide the design style according to the visualization. Finally, we set up series of regulation schemes for both the execution on the site and the multiple-tier management by local government. Our aims are to make the urban furniture planning and design become scientific and efficient.%系统、人性、美观的城市家具不仅方便人们使用,还利于提升城市品质.我国对于城市家具的具体研究起步较晚,对一个城市系统性城市家具规划设计方法研究更是处于探索阶段.该文以宿迁市中心城区城市家具规划为例,在规划思路上,对城市家具进行分类,以城市家具两大基本属性即使用属性和形象属性作为契入点,明确规划目标和设计重点.在具体做法上,从城市家具使用属性角度,制定突出功能使用和布局合理的设计通则;从城市家具形象属性角度,制定源于美学融入和特色植入的设计风格.在规划实施层面,进行成果运用转化,编制若干城市道路城市家具整治方案,考虑到城市家具管理部门众多,对管理模式进行探讨,引导城市家具高效便捷有序落地.
