医养结合模式下社区养老设施规划探索——以潍坊市奎文中心片区为例

The current pension facilities planning and implementation effect is not strong. Combining with the medical support mode, we establish the index system and the pension facilities. The facility location layout and space layout are planned in the Central District of Kuiwen District of Weifang city. The pension service core position, level and scale of the specific location are arranged. On the basis of this, we put forward a new idea of space layout, which is based on the combination of spatial pattern, modular layout and slow system.%针对现行养老设施规划实施效力不强的问题,以医养结合模式为新思路,对养老设施体系及其指标进行建构,并在此基础上提出设施落位布局及空间布局两大规划主体.以潍坊市奎文区为例,对养老服务核心的位置、等级以及规模进行了具体落位布局,并在此基础上对空间组合模式、模块化布局及慢行系统的构建提出了空间布局新思路.
