政府、居民、建筑师互动关系下的社区更新实践--以苏州市吴中区的两个社区为例

Here in this article, it will deifne the concept of community and review the emerging and development course of communities home and abroad; it also will discuss the function and mutual relationship among the government, residents and architects in community renewal. Preliminary investigation has been carried out in the aspects, like thoughts, procedures, content and technological measure in community renewals based on the interactive relationship of the government, residents and architects.%界定社区的概念，回顾国内外社区的兴起与发展历程；论述了政府、居民、建筑师在社区更新中的作用与相互关系，结合苏州市吴中区的两个社区更新实例，初步探索了政府、居民、建筑师互动关系下社区更新的思路、程序、内容与技术措施。
