当代古镇民居保护问题初探--以震泽镇正修堂为例

摘要

在对苏南震泽古镇“一级保护区”内古民居建筑正修堂进行实地调研和现状分析的基础上，探索与反思普遍存在着的古民居住户对古建筑私自改造与破坏现象背后的问题，由此提出古镇中古民居建筑保护的关键在于落实“以人为本”这一原则，以期为进一步寻求出落实这一原则的具体实施办法作出微薄的贡献。%Based on field investigation and current situations analysis on Zhengxiutang, an ancient residential building in "Class 1 Protection Zone"ancient Zhenze Town in south of Suzhou, the causes of common ancient building transformation and destroy without permission by ancient residential building's owner are explored and relfected, and the view that the key of protecting ancient residential buildings in ancient towns rests with implementing the principal of "being human-oriented" is further raised, to make some contributions to finding out the specific solutions for further implementing this principal.
