住宅精细化发展策略分析--以万科白沙润园为例

Pursuing elaborate residence is an inevitable developing trend for residential development and design. As a domestic residential development enterprise, Vanke owns a set of mature and sophisticated residential industry chain including preliminary planning, residential design, final decoration and accessories manufacturing, and achieved an integrated development strategy of elaborate residence. Focused on the operating strategy and design of the house layout of Vanke, based on case analysis and combined with the corresponding design considerations for elaboration, this paper aims to provide reference to the real estate enterprises and residence designers.%在住宅开发设计方面，讲求精细化是发展的必然趋势。万科作为国内的住宅开发企业，从前期策划、住宅设计，到后期装修、构配件生产，已形成一套成熟完善的住宅产业链，实现了一体化的房地产精细化发展战略。文章着重从万科经营策略和户型设计方面，结合案例分析并联系其精细化的设计要素，为广大房地产商和住宅设计者提供借鉴。
