文章从上海中心大厦装饰系统专业管理的技术特点、面临挑战与机遇、实施内容、管控案例、存在问题与思考等五方面，来分析本工程总承包专业管理的特殊作用与实际效果。%The thesis analyzed the particular effects and real effects of professional administration on general contracting of this construction from ifve aspects including technical characteristics, challenges and opportunities, implementation content, administrative and control examples, problems and further thinking etc. of professional administration on general contracting decoration system of Shanghai Tower.
