论构建卫生系统社会主义核心价值观及其意义

This paper discussed the importance of socialist core values in the health system, summed up the experiences on putting the core values into practice in the health system:strengthening the legal system is the linchpin, cultivating professionalism is the key, credibility building is the base, model of learning is the driving force and resource distribution according to demand is the guarantee. All that mentioned is the precondition and guarantee for the practice of socialist core values in health system, but also the essential measure to reduce medical disputes and ease physician-patient conflicts.%本文通过探讨社会主义核心价值观在医疗卫生系统的重要意义，总结出在卫生系统践行核心价值观几方面内容：加强法制建设是关键，培养敬业精神是重点，诚信建设是基础，榜样学习是力量，按需分配是保障。这是卫生系统践行社会主义核心价值观的前题与保障，更是减少医疗纠纷，降低医患矛盾之根本。
