血液病患者使用PICC导管的风险与防范对策

摘要

Objective To reduce the risk of PICC catheter in the hematopathy patients and put forward the prevention measures. Methods Patients with PICC Catheter in Department of Neoplastic Hematologic Disorder were divided into two groups with one of them using risk management and the other not. The complications, patients' satisfaction and nursing deficiency were compared. Result After the risk management, risk assessment was conducted, which showed that the complications and nursing deficiency decreased while patients became more satisfied about the care. Conclusion Through risk management, the management ability of nurses and cognitive ability of patients were improved;the complications of PICC catheter was reduced;duration of PICC catheter usage was prolonged to ensure the patients can successfully complete the regimen;the complaints for nursing decreased and patients' satisfaction was improved.%目的降低PICC导管在血液病患者使用中的风险，并提出相应的防范措施。方法对我院血液肿瘤内科使用PICC导管置入的血液病患者分为两组，一组实施风险管理，一组未进行风险管理，对比两组发生并发症情况及患者满意度、护理缺陷的临床资料。结果通过实施风险管理，对PICC置管后血液病患者进行风险评估，采取相应的防范措施后，降低了PICC导管在血液病患者使用中出现的各种并发症及护理缺陷，提高了患者的满意度。结论通过PICC导管在血液病患者使用中的风险管理，提高本科护士的管理能力及病人的认知能力，降低了PICC导管各种并发症的发生，延长了PICC导管使用的时间，保证患者顺利完成相应的治疗，减少护理投诉，提高患者的满意度。
