医院电子审批信息管理系统平台的设计与实践

摘要

目的 利用医院信息系统,解决医院医疗业务中长期存在的各类手工审批,简化繁琐的审批手续,堵塞审批漏洞.方法 梳理出各类需要审批的医疗业务,并整合到统一的电子审批信息平台上,授权给不同的管理层人员使用.结果 实现了电子化审批,规范了审批手续,简化审批流程,方便了患者和医务人员,使之变得可查可控,减少了漏洞.结论 电子化审批,是加强医院内涵管理的重要工具.%Objective The solution of existing hospital long - term business, simplify examination and approval of manual examining and approving procedures, closing up loopholes in the NO. 1 project of military medical Methods We create the various needs of the examination and approval of medical services, and integrate them into a unified electronic and information platform, the license to use different management levels.
